National Bank Investments is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative individual to join its sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This role offers an excellent entry point into the financial industry and sales culture, while providing a tangible contribution to supporting teams and driving business growth. The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and digital support to the sales teams.

They will work with various internal partners - sales, marketing, compliance, and operations - to ensure the effective execution of business priorities. Support customer relationship management, business development, and sales coordination activities. Ensure that data in Salesforce and related tools is up-to-date and accurate.

Coordinate digital initiatives, communications, webinars, campaigns, and marketing follow-ups. Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and the efficiency of sales support. College or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in coordination, sales support,



administration, or financial services. A strong interest in the financial industry and sales culture; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, WebAdvisor, Fundserv, Scorm, and Power BI is a plus.
