Job Summary

Border City Cleaning Inc. is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Lead to drive our commercial growth strategy. Working in direct partnership with the CEO, you will be responsible for building our client pipeline, pitching prospective business accounts, and initiating cold outreach. This is a commission-based role designed for an ambitious sales qualified who thrives on hunting new opportunities and building a high-revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Collaboration: Meet regularly with the CEO to evaluate market opportunities, refine sales strategies, and discuss key target accounts.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Propose, pitch, and execute innovative B2B lead generation tactics across commercial sectors.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Execute cold and warm email campaigns, follow up with business prospects, and qualify incoming inquiries.
- Lead Hand-Off: Nurture B2B opportunities through initial qualification and seamlessly hand off high-value leads to the CEO for final deal closure.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of outreach,



responses, and qualified leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Required).
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with verifiable past success and references from prior employers.
- Skillset: Strong business writing skills for cold email outreach, comfortable pitching strategy directly to executive leadership, and highly self-motivated.
- Compensation Structure: High-earning potential with a competitive, performance-driven commission structure.
