We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is confident meeting customers, identifying their security needs, and converting qualified opportunities into sales.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will meet with residential and commercial customers, assess their needs, explain available security solutions, prepare recommendations, and close sales.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys meeting people, and understands how to build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

- Meet with residential and commercial customers throughout the GTA
- Conduct on-site sales consultations
- Explain Paramount Protections products and services
- Identify security concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Close sales and collect required deposits
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with office and installation teams after a sale
- Develop new business opportunities and referral relationships
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, follow-ups,



and completed sales
- Represent Paramount Protections professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience in home improvement, windows and doors, construction, security, or related industries is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable selling higher-value residential and commercial projects
- Confident conducting in-home and on-site consultations
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Organized and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle for travelling to customer appointments
- Comfortable using email, phone, text messaging, and basic quoting/CRM software

You should be comfortable walking into a customer’s home or business, understanding the problem they are trying to solve, clearly explaining our solutions, and asking for the sale.

This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their leads, follows up consistently, builds relationships, and wants to grow their income as the company grows.
