The role involves reading drawings, using hand tools, and assembling standard and custom metal components in a fast‑paced shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Supervisors and Lead Hands to ensure continuous improvements in the work cells hitting daily goals set, welding according to pre-set parameters using TIG, MIG, and flux core welding processes.Read and follow drawings and blueprints to set up, tack, and weldComplete all required paperwork and necessary preparation workMaintain a protected, clean and orderly work areaWork in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable recordsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalentWelding of Stainless Steel using GMAWTIG welding experience with Stainless Steel and Carbon SteelMig welding experience on Stainless and Carbon steel pipe and vesselsFitting experience on Stainless and Carbon steel pipe and vessels#J-18808-Ljbffr
