This role oversees a small team of Talent Development Specialists and is responsible for delivering high-impact learning programs that align with business priorities. As a hands-on leader, you will shape our leadership development approach, including the design and launch of a comprehensive Leadership Training program. You will also collaborate closely with the Change Management function to ensure employees are effectively equipped to navigate organizational transformations. This role is well suited for an experienced talent development professional ready to take on broader ownership, combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the VP, People & Culture to define and execute a talent development strategy aligned with business goalsLead and develop a team of TD Specialists, providing coaching, transparent direction,
and ongoing development to drive individual and team successIdentify organizational capability gaps and translate them into scalable development solutionsDefine success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, leveraging data to continuously evolve talent development strategiesLeadership DevelopmentDesign, launch, and continuously enhance a comprehensive Leadership Training programAssess leadership capability needs and build targeted development pathways for emerging and established leadersPartner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and build succession pipelinesEmbed a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and growthLearning & Development ProgramsLead the design and delivery of engaging learning programs across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, and digital)Ensure consistency and quality across all training initiatives delivered by the teamPartner with internal subject matter experts to develop relevant, business-driven contentContinuously evaluate and evolve programs based on feedback, data, and changing business needsLeverage learning technologies (e.G., Articulate, Percipio, Lattice) to design, deliver, and scale impactful programsUse data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and learner experienceChange EnablementPartner closely with the Change Management team to design and deliver training that supports organizational transformations and builds company-wide change capabilitiesTranslate change initiatives into clear,
