Resourceful, innovative, open, forward thinking and committed.The RoleGiven the global expansion, B-Engaged is seeking a Junior Manager Brands & Athletes for the North America region. The position reports to the Brand ManagerNorth Americaand serves as a key member of the brand team servicing athletes and brands. You will develop upon the existing B-Engaged client processes, proactively manage both talents and brands, develop partnerships strategies for clients and prospective clients, help secure current business and revenue for B-Engaged North America.Key Requirements1. Build Brands, Understand Athletes, Know FansAbout YouStrong interest in sports and social media communitiesKnowledgeable about social media platforms and fan/consumer engagement in North AmericaOrganised, enthusiastic,
and hardworkingDeep skills in Social Media & ContentManagementCreative and solution oriented mindsetTasks and responsibilitiesResponsible for cultivating and maintaining social media profiles and content banks for clientsDevelopment of content assets from briefs through to editingRun Social Media channels for clients alongside industry trends, new technologies and sports industry trends in alignment with an editorial planSupport in the development & delivery of sales presentations, materials, and collateralDevelop framework for client business reviews, including data analysis, collateral creation and tactical recommendationsCreate and manage marketing plans and budgets that deliver to KPIsUpdating and refreshing global and local systems to maintain workflow and integration of the North America office into the global officeOnline and Offline research; develop and execute research for internal use to identify and secure content campaigns and marketing opportunities in sportCreative solutions for client needs, from graphics, photography, video and motion.Support on concept development with the creative team for pitch decks and additional sales material.Create sales reports for personal sales funnel.QualificationsMinimum two year’s experience working within a relevant field of the sporting industry with Adobe Creative SuiteUniversity degree in a related fieldThis role requires deep knowledge of the sports creative industry, as well as strong interpersonal skills to help drive alignment among various stakeholders, while also influencing go-to-market strategies that optimise for growth, adoption and value for sporting audienceStrong communication skillsAn in- depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and sports industry trends across various sportsExcellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns & clients simultaneouslyThe drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexibleTermsOffice Based (Toronto, Canada)Salary: $45,000Start Date: ASAP#J-18808-Ljbffr
