This role involves servicing current retail locations in Brampton and surrounding areas.The JobAs a Route Sales Associate, you will deliver, sell, and service retailers with our popular snack brands.ResponsibilitiesDeliver, sell, and merchandise Old Dutch/Humpty Dumpty products onto store shelves and displays (delivery trucks are used and driver training is provided).Manage inventory levels and ensure product freshness.Follow a scheduled delivery/service plan.Operate a handheld invoicing computer system and be responsible for daily settlements.Provide professional and courteous customer service.RequirementsMinimum Grade 12 education (post‑secondary education is an asset)Sales or retail experience is an assetValid/clean Class G driver’s license. Drivers abstract must be provided.Reliable transportation to travel between locations (Mileage paid where applicable).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Effective organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.Team player with robust communication skills.Capable of physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.).Ability to travel on occasion.Training and RemunerationComprehensive 6‑week training program.Competitive salary (45‑52k/year) with weekly pay.Commission incentive (2%) when covering routes independently plus weekly salary, company benefits, KM reimbursement when travelling and future advancement opportunities.Type of Person Who Will Succeed in this RoleWorks independently under minimal supervision.Positive, outgoing, and socially engaging.Detail‑oriented with creativity to deliver results.Proactive and driven to help others.Sense of urgency.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals and believe strongly in diversity.
