About the roleReporting to the General Counsel, Legal & Compliance team and the VM executive management team, the Executive Assistant, Corporate is responsible for providing senior administrative, legal coordination, and corporate governance support to the Vice‑President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and the Legal & Compliance Department. The role also provides coordination and executive administrative support to Vancouver‑based executives and senior leadership working in Vancouver. This executive‑level support role requires solid judgment and discretion, as well as the ability to manage highly confidential and commercially sensitive information.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Legal SupportServe as a trusted coordination partner to the VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, helping manage priorities and information flowTriage and prioritize incoming communications and identify urgent or high‑impact mattersPrepare and format executive correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and briefing materialsLiaise with senior executives, Board members, shareholder representatives, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and follow‑throughManage the VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary’s calendar, scheduling priorities, travel, and logistics in alignment with business and legal prioritiesProvide administrative coordination and calendar support for other EVR executives as requiredLegal & Compliance SupportSupport day‑to‑day operations of the Legal & Compliance Teams based in Vancouver and CalgaryMaintain legal trackers, contract status lists, regulatory calendars, and compliance recordsCoordinate internal approvals, document execution, and signature processes across the organizationTrack legal deadlines, regulatory obligations, governance milestones,



and litigation mattersSupport document management, retention protocols, and legal holdsAssist with internal investigations, compliance reviews, and training logisticsHelp manage departmental workflows, shared resources, and intake of legal requestsCorporate Governance & Board SupportAssist with preparation of Board and Shareholder Committee meeting materialsCoordinate agendas, resolutions, and written consentsCompile and distribute Board and Shareholder Committee materials through secure board portals and liaise with Shareholder Committee Representatives in Sydney, Tokyo and SeoulMaintain corporate records, minute books, and governance documentationAssist with director onboarding, certifications, and conflict‑of‑interest trackingSupport corporate entity filings and record‑keeping across jurisdictionsExternal Counsel & Litigation CoordinationLiaise with external law firms regarding scheduling, document requests, and billingCoordinate document production, discovery materials, and evidence organizationTrack engagement letters, budgets, and legal accrualsAssist with regulatory inquiries, audits, and litigation administrationMaintain legal hold and document preservation processesGlencore Support & CoordinationAct as liaison with Glencore Legal & Compliance teams in Australia, Canada and SwitzerlandCoordinate meetings, approvals, and document flow across North American,
