Sales & Store SupportPartner with team members and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiencesContribute to achieving store sales targets by aligning customer needs with relevant solutionsReplenish and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, attractive product displaysEnsure the store remains safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety protocolsSupport and participate in in-store events, demos, and wellness activationsComply with company policies, sanitation standards, and operational proceduresTraining & ComplianceCompletion of required Lessonly training modulesOngoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiativesHelp drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliabilityOther DutiesPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsEducation or certification in nutrition, dietetics, holistic health, or a related field (preferred)2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer‑facing, or retail roleKnowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts (formal or self‑directed learning accepted)Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skillsAbility to simplify wellness concepts for general audiencesBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesEnthusiastic, dependable,
