Additionally, this role will handle various duties such as security and emergency preparedness, supporting special events or projects, and responding to maintenance requests from employees.This role is currently scheduled to work 3:00pm - 11:00pm for the foreseeable future; however, schedules are subject to change based on the operational needs of the School.ResponsibilitiesAssist with filter replacementHandle a variety of general building maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentryMake routine electrical repairs such as replacing small motors, lamp replacement, and changing ballastsConduct routine security checks throughout the shiftAssist with deliveriesAssist with traffic controlAssist with room setup and tear down involving the dismantling of equipment and furniture before and after eventsAssist to maintain fire extinguishersRemove snow from walkways, stairs,
