Sitting at the intersection of media, data, finance, and technology, you will architect and drive integrated operating models that elevate client delivery, optimise efficiency, and ensure accuracy and transparency at every touchpoint.What You’ll DoClient & Stakeholder LeadershipAct as the senior operational partner across enterprise accounts, supporting day‑to‑day delivery and long‑term planningAlign cross‑functional teams to client contracts, scopes, and governance expectationsLead senior client conversations, providing clarity on operations, risk, and resolutionFinancial Operations & GovernanceOwn end‑to‑end billing and reconciliation, including supplier management and discrepancy resolutionEnsure accurate budget delivery, spend actualisation, and proof‑of‑performanceResolve complex financial issues (credits/debits, late payments,



audit queries)Maintain audit‑ready documentation and controlsData & Operational EnablementApply strong understanding of data workflows and infrastructures supporting billing, reconciliation, and reportingAssess data quality, traceability, and dependencies across systemsPartner with data and technology teams to drive automation and reduce manual riskUse analytics to identify discrepancies, monitor delivery, and surface risksDesign processes with scalability and reporting in mindProcess Design & ImprovementBuild and evolve scalable operating models that drive accuracy and efficiencyIdentify systemic issues and lead cross‑functional improvementsTranslate client requirements into clear processes and controlsCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $105,000–$120,000. Actual salary within the range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
