Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our Canada team, leading end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across core BC modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV




- 3–4+ successful end-to-end Business Central/NAV implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance & Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with functional specifications and fit-gap analysis
- Knowledge of RapidStart / Configuration Packages is preferred
- International client/consulting experience is an advantage
- MB-800 / MB-820 certification is a plus
