Key Responsibilities Experience with industrial equipment procurement including FAT/SAT, commissioning milestones

Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures and how Capex procurement interfaces with project delivery milestones

Experience with industrial equipment commercial frameworks including Milestone based payment terms, and EPA (Equipment Purchase Agreements),

Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and vendor technical submittals

Experience managing long lead equipment procurement such as boilers and other heat transfer equipment.

Proven negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Customer service skills with experience working in a cross-functional team environment A high degree of integrity

Ability to analyze and resolve the variety of issues simultaneously

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Strategic Sourcing

Ability to work with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced setting

Proficiency in G-suite, MS Word, Excel





Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail

Rondo HQ is close to Oakland airport - one block from the Bay - and has stunning Bay views!

This role is hybrid, and necessitates being on-site at our Alameda HQ 2-3 days per week. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $185,000 to $220,000 and it would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above pl us additi o nal compe nsation in the form of equity. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels and experience.
