We are looking for a Banking Market Maker who combines deep banking experience, Cloud Platform Architect-level technical knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and programs. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between executive strategy, technical architecture, and commercial opportunity development across cloud, data, AI, security, and application modernization. Build trusted relationships with banking executives, technology leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams Lead strategic and technical discussions across cloud transformation, platform engineering, data, AI, security, and application modernization Translate banking business priorities, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges into credible technology strategies and executable programs Provide architecture-level guidance across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including hybrid- and multi-cloud environments Develop account growth strategies in partnership with sales, delivery, and practice leadership Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, proposals, roadmaps, and strategic presentations Mentor architects, consultants, and engineers working within banking accounts Internal stakeholders describe you as positive, professional, and consistent in delivering high-quality work You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace Deep banking experience, including technology governance, risk, compliance, and investment decision-making Experience in one or more banking domains, such as retail, commercial, payments, lending, wealth, capital markets, risk, or finance Broad understanding of cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, integration,
and application modernization Demonstrated ability to assess complex technology environments and provide clear, practical direction Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with both senior executives and technical teams Although this is not primarily a hands‑on engineering role, candidates must have the technical depth to assess, shape, and challenge enterprise cloud solutions within large banking environments: Cloud Platform Architect-level knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including hybrid- and multi-cloud environments Cloud governance, landing zones, identity, networking, security, resilience, and observability Ability to evaluate technical approaches, identify risks, and explain recommendations to architects, engineers, and executives 10+ years of progressive experience across banking technology, cloud architecture, consulting, or technology leadership ~ Experience working directly for a bank, advising banking clients, or both ~ Previous experience in consulting, professional services, systems integration, or a technology-provider environment ~ Demonstrated responsibility for account growth, business development, or market development ~ Experience leading major cloud transformation, platform modernization, or enterprise technology programs within a regulated bank ~ This recognition is a milestone we’re thrilled to add to our collection of awards for both experienced and student talent experiences.
