This is a 15-month contract based out of our Richmond head office, playing a key role in shaping how financial insights power decision-making across the business.The RoleAs the Senior Manager, FP&A;, you’ll sit at the center of business partnering, financial planning, and performance reporting. You’ll translate business needs into transparent financial insights, guide planning processes, and ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and genuinely useful.You’ll work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with our centralized BI team (who own data engineering and builds), while you own the financial logic, interpretation, and storytelling.The scopeBusiness Partnering & ReportingPartner with senior leaders to define reporting needs, KPIs, and success metricsTranslate business questions into clear financial requirements and reporting frameworksEnsure consistency in financial definitions and performance metrics across functionsDeliver clear, actionable insights that support executive and functional decision-makingValidate reporting outputs for accuracy, relevance,
