Support Workday HCM SaaS solution. Primary responsibilities include business process configuration support, building complex integrations, providing technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, security, troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, vendor management, and coordination with other teams.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deploy Workday integrations as required by the businessSupport Workday HCM configurations, EIBs, business processesAnalyze and communicate technical impacts of proposed or existing integration designsCreate supporting integration documentation detailing system integration specifications, system processes and field mapping as neededMentor resources in WorkdayCreate and maintain relevant data structures, plans, and workflows within the Workday HCM systemDocument current and propose future process flows, provide configuration, and design options, gain HR sign off, test, and implement changes in a controlled and documented mannerMaintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and working with the HR team to evaluate gapsDevelop documentation and training supporting system or process changesExperience and Skills3-5 years’ experience as a Workday software engineerExperience with Workday module configurations (Compensation, Perks, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Process, Performance, Recruiting, Learning)Proficient with Workday Custom Reports,
