Dance Curriculum Business Development Assistant, Ensemble Performing Arts — Job DescriptionReports to: Director of Community and Marketing, Acrobatic ArtsLocation: Airdrie, AB: 9 hours per week in office, 3 hours per week flexible/remoteCompensation: $18.00/hour, 12 hours per weekSummaryThe Business Development Assistant supports lead generation and prospect engagement for Acrobatic Arts and Tap Roots, ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role contributes directly to the growth and expansion of the Ensemble Performing Arts B2B ecosystem by identifying and connecting with dance studios and independent teachers through organized, professional outreach. Time is split between both organizations.Acrobatic Arts and Tap Roots are proud to be a part of Ensemble Performing Arts.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify recent leads including dance studios, independent teachers, and prospective customers across North AmericaConduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and initiate conversationsFollow up with prospects in a timely, organized, and professional manner to move them through the pipelineSchedule discovery calls and meetings on behalf of the Director of Community and MarketingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking lead activity, pipeline progress, and communication historySupport the sales team by ensuring qualified leads are contacted, engaged, and moved toward scheduled conversationsMeasurables20+ new qualified leads added to pipeline per week100+ outbound contacts (emails, calls, messages) per week3+ discovery calls scheduled per weekCRM updated weekly with current lead status and communication notesCompensation and BenefitsThis will be a part-time, hybrid role in Airdrie, AB and will be compensated at $18 CAD per hour.
