Faculty, Management Skills, Strategy, and AI ApplicationsPosition Title: Faculty, Management Skills, Strategy, and AI ApplicationsPosition SummaryBCIT’s Business Administration department (within the School of Business + Media) is seeking a regular, full time (1.0 FTE) Instructor to teach courses in Management Skills, Strategy, and AI Applications (BUSA).Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Instructor committed to quality and innovation in meeting our students’ learning needs and who values the importance of teamwork in the workplace.QualificationsA Master’s Degree (or in progress) in a field related to business strategy, management skills, artificial intelligence, or equivalent business experience (approx. 10 years).Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Current experience involving the application of strategy and business management to business and AI process requirements.Ability to work in a collegial environment.Ability to lead other instructors in a team-teaching model.Ability to teach in two or more of the following areas:Applied Strategic Management – Design, Risks, and Ethics,
