Working as part of our Data, Product and Pricing team, this position supports our product offerings while considering market intelligence, solid stakeholder engagement, and implementation coordination to ensure our products remain relevant, competitive, and profitably priced.This position is ideal for an insurance professional with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen who thrives in a dynamic environment balancing strategic analysis with stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will combine insurance knowledge with project coordination skills to influence our market positioning through data-informed product and pricing recommendations.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the insurance market, gathering feedback from agents, brokers, and underwriters to assess our competitive position, identify product opportunities and gaps,



and uncover market opportunities across all lines of businessCoordinate product and pricing projects and initiatives across departments and external partners, managing timelines and keeping stakeholders informed throughout implementationConduct scheduled analysis of lines of business to assess competitive position, profitability trends, and product relevanceIdentify market opportunities, evaluate product gaps, and recommend enhancements or new offerings aligned with organizational objectivesCollaborate with external actuarial partners to develop pricing recommendations, providing necessary business context and market intelligenceWork closely with business analysts to support system implementation of product changesPrepare communications and training materials about product and pricing changes for internal and external stakeholdersSkills and Experience3-5 years in insurance product analysis and/or pricing analysis, underwriting, Agent or Broker or a similar roleIntermediate knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles, products, and business processesStrong analytical skills and business acumenEffective project coordination and communication across all levels of stakeholdersCIP designation or actively working toward completion is an assetPost-secondary education in a related field, or relevant experiencePositions available:1Hiring annual salary range:$85,000-$100,000Accommodation at Ayr Farmers Mutual Insurance CompanyWe are committed to a selection process and work environment that is inclusive and barrier free.
