Scope What this role entails. Mission Grow client relationships, account revenue, and agency reputation through deep trust, sharp acumen, and strong accountability. Responsibilities Own the health of your accounts: relationships, revenue, and reputation. Own the P&L for your accounts: spot opportunities, forecast revenue, negotiate deals, manage budgets, protect margins, and optimize performance. Lead strategic planning and set clear direction for account growth. Be a trusted advisor to clients: guide discussions and decisions with context, insight, and foresight. Be a strategic partner to clients: proactively provide recommendations,



account reports, and business reviews. Partner with Strategy and Creative leadership to translate client objectives into clear briefs, scopes, metrics, and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and delightful experiences to clients. Protect clients and teams from misaligned expectations and engagements. Initiate and shape discussions, including difficult ones, with clients and teams to achieve win-win outcomes. Set and exemplify high standards for account acumen and communication excellence.
