As a Sales Floor Leader and Key Holder, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The role demands flexibility, retail experience, and a genuine passion for the arts, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team to achieve targets
• Engage and greet customers warmly upon entry
• Ensure knowledgeable assistance regarding store offerings
• Supervise store security and overall cleanliness
• Open and close the store as scheduled
