Become a Seasonal Loader and Grooming Operator at Whitewater Mountain Resort, ensuring safe and pristine conditions for winter sports enthusiasts. Your expertise will directly impact guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Grooming Supervisor, this full-time seasonal role from November to April involves operating snow grooming equipment responsibly. You will maintain ski runs and ensure protected transit within the resort while adhering to operational guidelines. Working collaboratively with your team enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loaders and Snowcats safely for efficient snow management
• Maintain clear pathways for staff and guests
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks
• Share slope condition information with your team
• Assist in emergency and rescue operations

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 5 B.C. driver’s license
• High school diploma is necessary
• Previous experience with snowcat operations is valued
• Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required
