You will play a critical role in scheduling school bus routes and managing equipment distribution, ensuring every student arrives safely and on time. With your exceptional customer service and communication skills, you will resolve driver challenges and stay compliant with all regulations. Your proactive approach will help maintain high service standards while adapting to unexpected changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage school bus routing and scheduling
• Support drivers facing operational challenges




• Effectively communicate with parents about transportation issues
• Escalate pertinent incidents to management
• Oversee necessary job-related training for drivers
