The Youth Harm Reduction Worker position will require you to engage directly with the community, focusing on providing resources and support to vulnerable populations. Working at the Chippewa Health Centre, you will integrate First Nations cultural elements into education about HIV, HCV, and the importance of harm reduction. This full time role necessitates flexibility in hours and travel between various community locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute harm reduction supplies effectively
• Conduct educational workshops on health and wellness
• Assist individuals with access to community and traditional resources




• Build partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders
• Track and report outreach efforts to inform future actions

Requirements:
• Degree in Addictions or Human Services
• Three years’ relevant field experience in harm reduction
• Comprehensive understanding of First Nations health challenges
• Valid driver's license required with good driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
