Job Title: Sr Project manager Location: Mississauga, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3-4 Days/Week Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD $45-52/hr Incorporated Application Deadline: August 30th, 2026 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT projects, strategic initiatives, and new product/service implementations from initiation through completion. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while effectively managing risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities - Lead large and complex projects and interdependent initiatives.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder, client, vendor, and executive communication.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, SOWs, proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
- Monitor project performance, identify variances and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage resource allocation, forecasting, and project financials.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams, audits, and project governance activities.
- Support requirements gathering, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
- Conduct post-project reviews and mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Apply appropriate Project Management and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications - PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.

- 8–10 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing IT projects.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
