In this role, you will be a key player in managing corporate governance activities across EMEA and globally. Your responsibilities include drafting agreements, overseeing subsidiary board meetings, and collaborating closely with various corporate departments. You will also ensure adherence to compliance standards and provide legal counsel on a range of governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead subsidiary governance projects across multiple countries
• Draft corporate agreements, resolutions, and governance documentation
• Prepare materials for board and committee meetings
• Collaborate with Tax,
Treasury, HR, and external counsel
• Support compliance and legal matters related to securities and compensation
Requirements:
• 2-12 years of corporate governance legal experience
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing governance documentation
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. securities regulations
• Juris Doctor degree licensed in applicable jurisdiction
• Experience with multinational governance matters
