Golden Mile Chrysler is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, following up with leads, booking appointments, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and email inquiries.
Follow up with new and existing leads consistently.
Contact customers to schedule sales and service appointments.
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers who do not attend.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership CRM system.
Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure leads are handled efficiently.
Follow up with previous customers regarding vehicle upgrades, lease renewals, trade-ins, and other sales opportunities.
Contact customers as part of dealership marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
Meet and exceed established targets for calls, appointments, and customer follow-up.




Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service at all times.
Qualifications Previous automotive, BDC, customer service, call centre, or sales experience is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong telephone and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Comfortable working with computers, email, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
