As a Level 3 or 4 Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, you will focus on developing staff through training sessions and ensuring top-notch service for guests. You'll enjoy a supportive environment, leading practical training, maintaining logs, and adhering to safety protocols, all in a thrilling outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver staff training aligned with certification
• Lead first-run training days and daily meetings
• Keep accurate training logs and shadowing records
• Implement tailored training plans for instructors
• Teach snowboarding lessons as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable teamwork and independent working skills
• Experience in a training role with children is advantageous
• Valid criminal record check required
