Join Erosion Control Central as a Residential Construction Equipment Operator in Edmonton. Specializing in grading and loaming, you will play a critical role during the construction season and transition to snow removal in winter.

Erosion Control Central (ECC) is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to contribute to our residential grading team. In this role, you will operate a skid steer while performing fine grading for new home projects and ensuring site safety. Your ability to mark grades accurately will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer for grading and loaming tasks
• Accurately mark grades for new home lots
• Coordinate truck traffic and material placement
• Adhere to safety guidelines on active sites
• Operate Bobcat mini skid steer when necessary

Requirements:
• At least 1 year skid steer experience
• Grading and loaming experience highly preferred
• Proficient in marking grades and directing trucks
• Familiar with site safety practices
• Strong teamwork and self-motivation
