Become a vital part of Green Acres Foundation as a Health Care Aide, supporting seniors and enhancing their daily lives in Coaldale, Alberta. This full-time position requires evening and night shifts to deliver exceptional care.

In this permanent full time role, you will average 37.5 hours over a 6-week cycle. Your flexibility to work evenings and weekends will enable you to assist residents with personal care, medications, and daily activities while maintaining a pleasant environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this warm and community-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living for seniors
• Provide personal and emergency care as needed
• Aid in medication administration and management
• Support housekeeping duties and meal services
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate
• Recent Criminal Record Check required
• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Strong English communication skills
• First Aid and WHMIS training preferred
