Your role will involve strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR support, emphasizing employee relations, policy development, and organizational improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide leaders on issues related to employee relations
• Oversee return-to-work and disability management processes
• Develop and improve HR policies and orientation programs




• Provide training to management on leadership and performance
• Support HR administration during the transition to ADP

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of HR experience as a Business Partner
• Strong skills in coaching and conflict resolution
• Experience with return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems; ADP knowledge a plus
• Ability to thrive in rapid-paced environments
