O2E Brands is the parent company behind three exceptional brands: 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and Shack Shine . At the heart of the organization is a straightforward philosophy: “It’s All About People.” They operate with transparency, trust, and a growth mindset, creating a culture where people are empowered to think big and drive meaningful impact.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is widely recognized as the world’s largest junk-removal franchise, helping homes and businesses reclaim their space through efficient, full-service junk removal. Founded by Brian Scudamore, the company has grown into a category leader with a significant footprint across North America and Australia.
Today, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is much more than a junk-removal company — it is a scalable, high-growth franchise business with strong financial performance, deep market penetration, and a highly engaged franchise network.
The business is now entering its next major chapter, with an ambitious goal to double from approximately $700M to $1.4B by evolving from a single-service brand into a multi-product, customer-obsessed growth platform. With one of North America’s most recognized brands, an energized franchise network, and a clear path toward multi-business expansion, O2E Brands is positioned for significant growth over the coming decade.
