The Estate Planning Assistant supports Head Office and Estate Planning Specialists in all areas of administration, sales and marketing. The role includes obtaining insurance quotes, ongoing client service and supporting other projects as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration: Review all life insurance applications, change forms or other documents for completeness and accuracy; forward original applications and related documentation to the insurance company, organize and request underwriting requirements, and maintain accurate and complete client files.Client Service: Distribute client anniversary statements and notifications to the appropriate Investment Advisor on a timely basis; follow‑up with Advisorsto ensure prompt service and reviews and respond to client enquiries; must hold an insurance license in order to discuss any insurance‑related items with clients.Sales & Marketing: Prepare insurance illustrations using software provided by each life insurance company; obtain “special” or “inforce” insurance illustrations from the carriers as requested; plan and organizeseminars, lunch‑and‑learns, workshops and product launches for clients.QualificationsProven experience in customer service, estates and sales.Degree or diploma in Business and Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification,
