As a Livestock Truck Driver at Canada Packers, you will play a key role in the humane and responsible transportation of livestock (pigs) between our manufacturing facilities.If you enjoy independent, hands-on work and want to be part of a team that values care, responsibility, and continuous improvement, this role may be a great fit for you.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the humane transportation of livestock (pigs) in accordance with Canada Packers’ animal welfare standards and guidelines.Strictly following all biosecurity rules and policies.Performing daily pre-trip and regular truck/trailer inspections.Reporting all maintenance or mechanical concerns to the supervisor.Maintaining a clean, organized tractor/trailer unit at all times.Completing all required paperwork accurately and on time.Working flexible hours, including some weekends,
