This is a high-impact role responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring the talent that drives our business forward.As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full‑cycle recruitment across a range of roles spanning Corporate, Sales, and Construction. You will play a critical role in ensuring we consistently hire high‑quality, well‑aligned talent, acting as a gatekeeper of hiring standards and a trusted partner to the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with sound judgment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is motivated to continuously improve how hiring gets done.What You’ll be Doing:Full-Cycle-Recruitmen:Own end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles, from intake through to offerPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and clear hiring criteriaSource, assess, and advance candidates using structured, consistent evaluation methodsEnsure a high bar for talent, progressing only well‑aligned, capable candidatesProvide clear, evidence‑based recommendations to support effective hiring decisionsLead onboarding planning in partnership with People & Culture and hiring managers to support strong day‑one experiencesBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needsDevelop talent pools through sourcing, networking,

The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. We are always looking for top talent.
