Operating within the Unified Command Centre (UCC), the Dispatcher receives calls for service, assigns field resources, tracks unit status,



and ensures accurate documentation of all incidents.This is a high-responsibility operational role. Dispatchers are expected to think clearly under pressure, communicate decisively, and maintain system discipline throughout the lifecycle of every call.
