In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and perform essential building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work. Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly inspect and maintain hotel equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance and repairs
• Log daily activities for tracking progress
• Address maintenance needs for both interior and exterior
• Report faulty systems and address necessary corrections

Requirements:
• Experience in building maintenance is required
• High school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred
• Physically fit to carry out labor-intensive duties
