6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including:
Experience with CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CSDM.
Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
Experience with integrations.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform and best practices.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Required Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
Nice-to-Have Certifications
CIS – Discovery
CIS – Service Mapping
