In this role, you will supervise daily activities, provide mental health support, and lead group exercises, fostering a supportive workplace. Flexibility in working overnight shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day activities of residents
• Provide crisis containment and supportive counseling
• Administer medications and maintain documentation




• Conduct bed checks and perform light housekeeping
• Facilitate referrals to services as necessary

Requirements:
• Relevant College Diploma or University Degree
• Minimum six months experience in mental health or addictions
• Vulnerable Sector Check prior to hire
• Valid G Driver's License with satisfactory record
• Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR Level C
