As a Child Care Supply Assistant at the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka, you'll create impactful experiences for children in a nurturing environment. This casual role requires strong engagement and flexibility.

You'll be responsible for personal care of children, including administering first aid and ensuring their safety. Engaging with children and executing play-based learning in alignment with YMCA’s curriculum will form the core of your responsibilities. Communication with families and adjusting to children’s needs is crucial in this supportive role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer personal care and monitor children's health conditions
• Actively supervise children to ensure safety
• Design and implement educational play activities




• Maintain open communication with families and fellow staff
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere for children of all backgrounds

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 required
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is a must
• Adaptable availability for at least two shifts per week
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage physical tasks in outdoor settings
