Provide essential support as a dedicated Support Worker for children aged 5-12 in a nurturing environment. Leverage your strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.

We are looking for a Support Worker who can calmly address behavioral challenges and work collaboratively with staff. This role emphasizes building a safe, positive atmosphere, requiring patience and flexibility. A diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain explicit, consistent boundaries
• Offer 1:1 support focused on individual needs
• Work together with camp staff and families to enhance care
• Respond confidently to behavioral situations
• Create a positive, nurturing environment for children

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent experience
• At least six months' part-time work with children
• Preferred diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields
• Valid First Aid and CPR C Level 1 certification
• Must be willing to get certifications before starting
