Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally
• Assist with luggage management for groups and tours

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a similar customer-facing role
• Completion of Secondary School is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
