Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Centre Directors in performance management and growth
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations




• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across centres
• Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
• Serve as a communication link between families and leadership

Requirements:
• Level 3 Child Development Certificate from Alberta
• Minimum of 5 years in Early Childhood Education
• Experience in multi-site management
• Valid Standard First Aid certificate
