SickKids is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Pre-Anesthesia Clinic Nursing role within the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology team. You will assess anesthetic risks, create individualized care plans, and educate families, all while ensuring a family-centered approach to care. Your collaboration with the healthcare team will address the complex needs of pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients
• Develop care plans for general anesthesia and sedation options
• Educate families on imaging processes and anesthesia effects




• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Promote qualified accountability through evidence-based practice

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred (minimum 2 years)
• Required experience in Pre-Anesthesia Clinic nursing
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
