Join Mainroad Alberta Contracting LP as an Equipment Operator based in Innisfail, Alberta. Your expertise in civil infrastructure and snow removal will be pivotal for local maintenance operations.

This role focuses on maintaining over 4,600 kilometers of provincial highways. Reporting to the Foreman, you will need previous experience in equipment operation and a Class 3 or 1 Driver’s License with an air brake endorsement. Ideal candidates are those who enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions while being safety-conscious and communicative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute snow removal operations and traffic management
• Maintain highways, drainage, and right-of-way areas
• Conduct highway patrols and emergency responses
• Keep equipment properly serviced and ready for use
• Engage in re-gravelling and roadside maintenance activities

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Valid Class 3 or 1 Driver’s License
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Robust understanding of the Motor Vehicle Act
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work shifts
