Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site from pre-construction to closeout
• Shape master schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6
• Lead daily and weekly site meetings for subcontractors




• Ensure quality and performance of materials and subcontractors
• Develop and grow your own team on-site

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in construction management or related field
• Approximately 10 years in construction, focusing on key sectors
• Proficient in building codes, contract administration, and drawings
• Strong skills in MS Project, Procore, and SAP
• Trustworthy leadership style in office
