As Financeit continues to grow, they are looking for a knowledgeable financial services lawyer to enhance their Legal Department. This role involves tackling complex transactions and will offer broader legal opportunities as you evolve in your practice. You'll report directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, working in a collaborative environment three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee asset-backed and structured finance inquiries
• Conduct corporate and commercial legal assessments




• Develop robust relationships with internal stakeholders
• Deliver expert legal guidance to support business objectives
• Collaborate effectively within the Legal team

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with structured finance and securitization
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
