Join AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews as a Resident Care Attendant to provide essential support in Kelowna, BC. Focus on enhancing the well-being of seniors through personalized care and engagement.

This role requires you to assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and choice. Reporting directly to the Executive Director or Director of Care, you’ll promote resident participation in social and recreational programs. Your compassion and teamwork will be crucial in delivering excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate personal care and daily activities for residents
• Assist in meal delivery and housekeeping tasks
• Engage residents in therapeutic and recreational programs




• Model respect and compassion in all interactions
• Encourage active participation from residents in their care

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant program
• Registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Kindness and genuine concern for seniors’ well-being
• Experience assisting in daily living activities
