Key Responsibilities:
• Implement surveillance protocols for communicable diseases
• Oversee IPAC education and programs for staff
• Convene interdisciplinary teams during outbreaks
• Monitor daily and monthly infection screening results
• Evaluate infection control practices and develop improvement plans
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current certification
• 3-5 years of IPAC experience
• Knowledge of infection prevention best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Explicit VSC and negative TB test within last 3 months
