Key Responsibilities:
• Operate surface equipment safely and productively
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals
• Respond to snow removal requests during winter months
• Keep load-out areas clean and organized
• Take on other duties as needed

Requirements:
• Relevant surface operation experience required
• Knowledge of grading, crushing, and hauling equipment
• Effective communication skills are necessary
• Mining surface or underground experience is advantageous
